Seth was eminently pleasant, friendly and knowledgable. The office is clean and organized. Mechanic reviewed the car in a timely, if not speedy fashion. Communication was clear. Would have liked to have been offered an alt option with pros and cons, but price was clearly explained, and there was no pressure to "replace everything."
